I had a claim Mercury insurance told me an adjuster will call me within the next 2 business days. I was impressed when he called me 3 hours after I filed my claim. My adjuster also stuck with me since my claim / liability was disputed by the other party's insurance carrier. My claim was sent to arbitration and we won. Looked like the other party's insurance company (X....) was trying to dispute my claim to try and delay payment. My adjuster kept me updated and explained things to me that most people don't understand regarding liability insurance. I will always be with Mercury Insurance and I highly recommend them to everyone!
