Don't do business with them

I am an attorney and former customer of Mercury Insurance. This company is the enron of the insurance industry. They are more driven by trying to create a precedent in not paying claims than in complying with any laws. The only thing that scares this firm are trial dates and department of insurance complaints -- even formal insurance complaints are often not a big deal. My advice to everyone is to sue the crap out of them.
