Bad Experience with Mercury

My car was not repaired correctly by the Auto Mechanic it was taken to. Mercury paid all the invoices and the car is a wreck, interoperable. Mercury will not come up with the money to repair the car back to its original state. They said I have the handle the balance of the cost to have my car drivable. I would have to sue the Auto Mechanic that did the work. Mercury paid invoices without checking their work. A very dishonest company and bad customer service. Now I am broke, don't have a car and owe 12,500 to finish paying off the damaged car.
