Absolute Idiots.A stupid teenage kid rear ended me and cost me $4,000 of damage, and Mercury (the kid's insurance) is not taking the fault for it! They are absolutely horrible and shady, it's been nearly 5 months since my accident and they are still sorting it out. The guy handling the kid's claim, ANDY HURST, is an IDIOT and is extremely rude and inappropriate. I can tell by his voice he is a con artist. They are terrible people and I got the shaft from them big time for an accident that WASN'T MY FAULT. Karma is a bitch, Mercury. I hope it comes back to you full force.
