Will Not take Responsibility---Will NOT pay claimMy son was rear-ended by a girl who has Mercury Insurance. The damage was minimal ($794 estimate). She said she wanted to pay for damages instead of involving insurance companies. clientI took my car to one of their body shop for an estimate,the lady that attended me was very nasty,my damage was on the rear bumper and she was taking pictures of the whole car and measuring the bumper from the floor up, when I ask her why pictures of whole car AND MEASURING she replied, well ARE ONLY GOING continued... |

I absolutely love Mercury InsurnaceIn December 2011, I was rear-ended at a red light. The guy had Mercury Insurnace and I had Infinity. My Infinity adjuster did absolutely nothing for me. Meanwhile, Mercury Insurance got me going in a rental the very next day and had my car towed to a body repair shop. My insurance adjuster didn't continued... |

Lowest price - best serviceI have been insured with them since I was single. I ecently had an accident with my Prius. They paid the damage right away and paid the other party as well. All these negative reviews look very suspicious as I know many people who have been with Mercury and are very happy. And I don't think the company continued... |

Extremely disappointed!!After 30+years, from my single teen/early 20's days through 2 marriages and 2 kids, I'm sorry to say how disappointed and angry I am with Mercury. I have never filed a claim, perfect driving records for my husband & I and so on...our auto premium has doubled from $615/6 months to $1230/6 months beginning continued... |

Worst Insurance companyIf you get hit by a driver insured by Mercury Insurance, just say yourself sorry. Aside from long wait of their liability analysis, in the end they will just deny your claims and won't pay for you even if their insured customer is as fault. This company sucks continued... |

Mercury does NOT stand by their customers!I have had Mercury for over 5 years and when I needed them to back me up, they did nothing! Their customer service is horrible!- made me wait for weeks! I will not use this company ever again! Go to Allstate or better yet, Costco has great coverage for even less!!! I would give them a zero if that was continued... |

sorry companyHad a oil leak , Made a claim needed a pan gasket it was 98 dollars they would'nt pay for it all (half). and needed oil they would pay for that but the filter.and i had a deductible of 100 dollars and my monthly payment was 48.00 and i had the gold plan. sorry company . and dealing with them was a . continued... |
