Mercury does NOT stand by their customers!I have had Mercury for over 5 years and when I needed them to back me up, they did nothing! Their customer service is horrible!- made me wait for weeks! I will not use this company ever again! Go to Allstate or better yet, Costco has great coverage for even less!!! I would give them a zero if that was continued... |

sorry companyHad a oil leak , Made a claim needed a pan gasket it was 98 dollars they would'nt pay for it all (half). and needed oil they would pay for that but the filter.and i had a deductible of 100 dollars and my monthly payment was 48.00 and i had the gold plan. sorry company . and dealing with them was a . continued... |

WORST insurance company out there!I submitted a towing receipt over a month ago, A SIMPLE TOWING RECEIPT, and have still not gotten reimbursed. I have called a multitudes of times as well as emailed. good but not perfectI had one at fault accident. Mercury is my carrier. Of course they wanted to take my statement before giving me the rental car, which I pay for in the policy. Probably trying to delay the time I had the rental car. I refused to make the statement until the authorized direct billing for the rental car continued... |
