Liberty Mutual will rip you off. They will make unauthorized changes to your policy. There adjusters will give “low ball estimates” to rip you off. The NYS Dept. of Insurance has over 1670 complaints as of March 2011. Supervisors do not return phone calls. This company SUCKS!!
