idiotic company

I keep reading my policy and it plainly states coverage, yet they have denied my claim. The person who did the repair is surprised as he has never encountered an insurance who didn't pay. I am switching insurance companies and finding the rates at nearly half the cost. I am also seeking the services of an attorney, who also believes they are in the wrong.
