Worst insurance company for anyone that gets into an accident

I was hit by a drunk driver on 8/13/10 in Irving, TX. My car was totaled and more or less so was I. Unfortunately the drunk driver did not have any insurance so I had to go through my own (Liberty Mutual) Worst experience and I'm 7 months into it. First off they took my rental before I even got a check for the total loss of my car 2nd I am fronting all of my medical claims and they drag there feet on the reimbursement. I moved which was planned before the accident so all of my medical reimbursement week after week go to my old address which is in Texas not MA. It would be fine and dandy if it happened once maybe twice but nope the last 7 months for some reason they cant get it right.It is also near impossible to get a hold of a claims rep never mind the adjuster handling MY claim so then the reimbursement gets even further dragged out and next thing ya know I'm late on other bills. How is that Fair? Also the way I get spoken to half the time, i should have just been the drunk driver.
