Customer Review - Liberty Mutual

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

I was involved in an accident almost 2 months ago and I still do not have my vehicle back, the actual days of work need on the car are SIX! And they have taken almost SIXTY days to get it done! I am not 21 so I cannot have a rental, so I've been car less for 60 days, after this I am switching insurance agencies and I will NEVER use Liberty Mutual EVER again! If you have two months to be without a car then this is the place for you, but for all you normal people, go with someone else, this agency is stuck in the 18th century and cannot seem to make a simple phone call to get things done.
