The Mafia of the Insurance Industry!!

I hate them with a passion...after over 5 yrs with them , I decided to leave after such bad treatment, repeatedly. Changes in my policy that were not explained. The mistakes they made by not providing proper coverage and made me pay for their mistakes. I had a minor accident that involved scrapes..no real damage and they wouldn't even fix my bumper, they said it was under my deductible to "I had to pay it"..wow after 5 yrs of being a customer...that was the final blow..now they want to charge me almost double for my final bill since I took them off "auto-pay" and its all of these fees and finance charges..don't care how they try to explain it..the final bill should not be double...auto pay or NOT !!no matter how they try to put explain, it amounts to total BS !!! They're trying to get away with murder!I'm so happy I left! I will do everything in my power to get a fair bill...and those who love Liberty so much...stick it !!!
