RUN, AND RUN FAST!!!

I filed a claim a week ago telling them that my roof is leaking and my basement is leaking. The guy, claims agent, told me that he would contact me tomorrow after some research. He NEVER CALLED ME BACK. It has been a week and I originally told them that the storms/rain my daughter's bedroom ceiling was leaking... They were trying to DENY me over the telephone without seeing the damage! I would say, DON'T BOTHER WITH LIBERTY MUTUAL!!!
