Submitted a claim for a broken basement pipe. Basement was severely flooded from the broken pipe. Liberty Mutual denied the claim since the water that was backed up (from a broken pipe WITHIN the house mind you) was not an "inner" source of water. Adjuster kept using the example "If you flushed your toilet a thousand times and got that pipe to break, this would have been covered,".

They are the worst home insurance company I have ever dealt with. Pay a tad more and go with State Farm...you will not regret it.
