Liar Liar Pants On Fire

Not long ago my family had an accident involving a paving company who is insured by Liberty Mutual. Not only was the company at fault, but the claim was immediately denied - without an adjuster looking at the damages. We were told that it was not their problem. We had to hire an attorney to get results. Finally an adjuster reviewed the damages - a total loss and took measurements at the scene to determine that indeed the company is at fault. Still they are not cooperating and we are going to court. They claim to be fair and about all about families. What about my family?
