LIBERTY MUTUAL WILL RIP YOU OFF,, THEY SUCK!!!

1st they give you a "low ball estimate" and then they ignore you when you catch them ripping you off. I had to file 2 complaints with the Dept. of Insurance in 2007 and 2010 and Liberty Mutual is still has not paid me. This company has a lot scum that works there. They also raised my policy by 40% and NYS law is 3% max
