LIBERTY MUTUAL MOST DISHONEST COMPANY HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH

May 2,2011 I was run over by a truck (pickup) destroying my tractor and bus-hog mower. I was hit from behind, he was going 60mph when he struck the bus-hog went airborne bending the roll bar that protects the driver of the tractor.Landed on top of the front end breaking the front axle into.the driver got a ticket for failing to reduce speed. I had two rear blinking lights, A MINI-BAR strobe light, a slow moving vehicle sign, A 24in.X 40in. CAUTION sign. my loss is around $70,000.00 not including loss of production,hospital bill, ambulance,tow bill. They have refused to pay the claim because I didn't have a safety vest on.I don't understand with all the lights,signs, what the heck does a vest have to do with IT. I think there will be a special place for people like them. I hope when they stand before the MAN upstairs and they say it was business I think he will, YES but was it right
