I didn't ask for this nightmare

In May of 2011, I was stopped at a red light when another driver insured by Liberty Mutual / Safeco hit the rear of my car. Now, it is January of 2012 and this mess is still not fixed. This is a simple claim. There were no injuries, just bent metal. This should have been finished up in a matter of days. Instead, they have fought and fought every bit of the way and we are still not over.

I finally got escallated to their "Presidential Services Group," but they have also been unable to get this matter resolved for me. In fact, a man who works for that Presidential unit, who tells me that he reports directly to the company president, who, therefore, personally represents the company president, just told me that he would not help me and literally hung up on me. Obviously, this attitude runs all the way through the company from the ground-floor claims adjuster to the president himself.

Remember, I did not ask for this. I was the injured party here. I was hit by their insured.
