How to Retain Customers..My review is going to stink. I was disabled due to having knee issues. My farm hand drove my truck and totaled it on an icy day, less than a 1/3 mile from my house. I just got my new packet and my rate last year was 1300 and now its 2300. I have the max plus points as a driver through DMV. No accidents or tickets. There was no surcharge, meaning that you all did not rack my rates up due to the accident because I wasn't charged for the accident but you jacked my rates up as a driver. What you should do to retain your clients is keep the rate the same and try to retain them so you can recoup some of the loss or unless you are purposely trying to get rid of them. Shame on your business practices.
