All I can say is DO NOT buy home insurance from LM. If you do and have a claim they will under pay what it costs to get problem repaired or replaced. They will not return your phone calls because apparently they are too busy. The will argue with your contractor and tell them the calculations in their computers are what they will pay out because apparently they get updates on prices every month.
Bottom line try USAA, State Farm, Farmers or any other insurance company. LM is HORRIBLE!!! 3/2011
