Fraudulent rate increases

I was in an accident that was termed a not at fault accident by the officer at the scene, but was reported as an at fault accident by the other driver. They not only raised my rates by over $800 per year their only remedy to this is their "dispute" process involves filing a dispute with Lexis Nexis, the reporting bureau who in turn calls the the insurance company and verifies that the insurance company did report it as an at fault accident, based on a claim that was outright fraudulent.
