Customer Review - Liberty Mutual

I have had liberty mutual for years. Bought new cars and needed to change with my insurance co. They wouldn't work with me . The prices were no where near any quote I had gotten from other comp. I then removed my cars and went with another comp.

Received my escrow from my mortgage co. My house payment went up $64 a month. When I called them they said it was because my insurance had gone up.

Called liberty mutual and the girl said it was because I had taken my cars off. But it did not look right so she was going to get the underwriter to look over it and call me..I never have received that call. I called back and was told because of inflation and cars removed. Still nothing from the underwriter.

Called to cancel my insurance. Was given a non caring don't give a shit attitude from this person. I have not filed a claim with the comp and make my payments every month.

And this co could have cared less if I canceled. Guess they would rather have people who never pay or file a claim every other month. GOOD BYE CROOKS
