A ONE SIDED RELATIONSHIP INDEED - Avoid Liberty Mutual

I just had the exact same bad experience as this poster. They denied my hail damage claim, even though the contractor showed them the damage, and both next door neighbors were approved by their own insurance companies. Liberty Mutual has a pattern of denying these valid claims, leaving homeowners high and dry.

I’ve been a Liberty Mutual homeowner and car insurance customer for 10 years and this was my first claim – it will be my last."
