The Silent Company no one is there when you need them.Worst there is. We had a hail storm-- hail the size of baseballs damaged two cars and home all insured with Liberty Mutual. No longer with LibertyI use to be a Liberty Mutual employee. Yes, they have been letting go of most of their older employees and I was one. I did get a nice severance package, but changed my insurance after I was let go. Found a much better rate with another company. I checked the reviews for my present insurance company, continued... |

Cancelled my insurance with SF and reinstated the same day...due to negelgence by LMThis was the worst experience ever...I contacted a salesman that gave me a great rate on homeowners as well a auto...I went ahead and had him to write the policy. My policy's were due to cancel with SF and start with LM on the end of the month.. LM drafted my bank account without my approval 9 days prior continued... |
