listen to us - do not choose humana one

they screwed me over a few times already. their customer service people sucks too. they gave me numbers of doctors in their supposed network but after seeing the doctors they refused to pay the bill citing i went to a doctor not in their network when they are the one who gave this doctor's number. then they gave me the run around getting a hold of grievance department which you can only contact by mail or fax the same with canceling your policy. be smarter than, stay away from them.
