excellent customer service

I enrolled in Humana for Dental insurance. They never gave me any reason to complain. In December I contacted them to cancel my policy because my spouse has dental insurance through his employer. Humana canceled my plan effective my requested date and refunded me my premium that was taken from my bank account - no questions asked. I would gladly enroll again with Humana. They handled this issue well.
