Very dissatisfied FORMER customer

This is the absolute worst insurance to deal with. I have been trying to get an answer from a bill stemming back to 02/26/2009 that they keep giving me a new reference number for and putting it on a "high priority" list. It's pretty pathetic that all the money we pay for health insurance and they don't want to pay out. I'm done-I am going to pay the $30.00 that they should have paid just to be RID of them completely. I strongly advise anyone who is considering this insurance to RETHINK-and don't expect them to call you back like they tell you they will. Be aware when you pay your co-pay at your Doctors office you WILL get another bill if the Dr. isn't contracted with them and end up paying more than your original co-pay. SCAM
