Terrible

Humana should be illegal. They denied our clam. When we asked why they gave a different reason every time. The reason was never the same. Their final answer was, since my wife had a wisdom tooth removed, they will not cover most services. They knew the tooth was gone when they approved the procedure. They later denied the claim. Horrible customer service.
