Stay far away from Humana

The coverage is very bad you end up paying a lot out of the pocket expense.
They are thief's. Called to cancel my policy but they didn't they kept tapping into my checking account until they stole 365.00 and causing me overdraft fees. Which by the way in their handbook and from the notice that they sent are suppose to terminate after 30 days and the grace period. They kept trying for 3 months until they got my money. I assumed that they had canceled my policy. When I called to dispute it they said that the recorded conversation said that I called in to give them permission to take it out of my account. Surprise surprise even after faxing and asking for permission to listen to the recorded conversation they will not allow me to do so. So that also tells me they are liars and crooks. Stay far away from Humana it is better to ask for discounts for cash paying patients.
