Customer Review - Humana

HumanaOne is absolutely awful.

I really hate this company. I tried to cancel my policy after realizing they only offered one provider and then realizing that provider was awful. I was told I had to email my cancellation to some obscure email address, then my account continued to be drafted every month. I called again and was then informed that I was not allowed to cancel my policy for a year, which is outrageous, I had already had the policy for two years and could certainly cancel my policy at that time. Then the awful customer service woman, Karen, informed me that I could not do a single thing about it except mail a letter to Kentucky. Worse company ever.
