From satisfied to not

At first, their HMO, at no extra cost seemed great. They were covering a prescription drug then suddenly quit and the reason was that is wasn't covered - ever. Suddenly, I had to pay full cost for it. They have been denying claims of which I have to resubmit. Thankfully, they reviewed and covered but you really have to keep an eye on them and educate yourself from experience with them. Representatives that I have spoken to are hard to understand (some) and don't seem like they are people oriented or educated. My experience with them is getting worse and would really like to drop them for another. Good Luck to others.
