Do NOT get their Dental Insurance

They claim you can get certain services for a certain price listed in your benefits, however anything that CAN NOT be completed by a regular dentist you only get a 20% discount on. Now, here's the rip off part. NONE OF THEIR DENTISTS WILL EVEN DO SO MUCH AS A FILLING!!! Instead, they refer you to a "specialist" where you only get a 20% off discount! I signed up for this because the prices listed were so good. But after my husband saw three different dentists and not one of them would do the work, we are now going to cancel the insurance. My complaints to customer service only resulted in more phone numbers to more dentists. And when I called them, they told me the same thing. That they charge you 40.00 to look at your teeth, then refer you to a specialist as their dentist doesn't do ANYTHING but look and refer under the Humana One plan!! My husband needed 2 simple extractions and all they would do is refer him to an orthodontist who charges a min. of 300.00 for a simple extraction!!
