Denied claims over and over again.. focing me to get Part B

I was a current government employee, resigned due to medical disabilities, i was given Med Prt A & B , i returned to a different employment and canceled part b, however i have part A for life, at no cost to me this is what I recently discovered, now my insurance is refusing to pay their portion of the bill, because I am eligible for prt B, and since i don't want to pay for this part B, they are deducting what part B would have paid, just because I am eligible , and since I don't want to purchase this,then that is my choice, and I am stuck with the portion of part B just because I am eligible... we really need reformed, insurance Humana ist not being fair with their policy holders..2 thumbs down for humana, and aetna does not stand behind, help in chicago
