DO NOT PAY HUMANA ONE!!

HumanaOne Dental is a complete scam!! They give you this little box of information before signing up saying just about everything is covered 100%. Everything looked awesome until you pay your enrollment fee, sign up, print your ID cards & then go to the dentist. Then you get the I'm sorry but everything you're coming in for today is NOT covered!! Website says things like 100% X-Rays, 100% cleanings yadda yadda. But really what they mean is 100% simple most cheapest Exams and cleanings & 100% bite-wing Xrays!! THATS IT!! So being embarrassed I had to leave b/c I had not transferred money over expecting things to be covered. When I called to tell them how much of a rip off they are the man apologized and said we WILL cancel your policy & your money WILL be refunded within 72 hours!! Alright that's fine BUT when they don't refund it and WILL not cancel the policy b/c this guy was "new" they give you this big hassle. I asked them to take my credit card information off b/c I would NOT be paying them anymore as I was told it would be canceled they refused to take the information off and said you have a whole year of payments, deal with it. So I went to the lengths of calling my bank, telling them my situation & they told me they would cancel my card and number & send me a whole new one so they can't take ANY money out. At this point I don't care if I get a bad report with HumanaOne b/c I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM!!
