Customer Review - Humana

DO NOT ENROLL WITH HUMANA ONE!!!!!!

Because of the awful economy, I had no choice but to enroll in an individual health plan. Unfortunately, I chose Humana One. I have been through claims nightmares, customer service BS and mysterious terminations of policies. ALL ERRORS of Humana One. The claims department billed my visit to an Urgent Care Center incorrectly. After acknowledging their mistake they NEVER called me back after promising to numerous times.I had to harass them to clear this up. When speaking to customer service, I never got one answer, only several scenarios, making me suspicious of fraud.

Please, please do not enroll with Humana One. The coverage you do have sucks and you have to fight to ooth and nail for them to pay anything. It just isn't worth the hassle!!
