Customer Review - Humana

DO NOT CHOOSE HUMANA FOR YOUR INSURANCE

I believe that I must do everything I can to deter people from choosing Humana as their insurance. Although I'm angry with Humana, this review is to help others choose an insurance company that will help, and not hinder their lives. I'm writing facts and not emotions. I have called Humana over twenty times regarding claims for one doctor. For one appointment, it took Humana a total of eighteen months to reimburse me. I have never been denied a claim to this doctor. I have always been told I would recieve a check in the mail, and eighteen months later, I did.
