DO NOT BUY HUMANA INSURANCE EVER

I purchased Humana health and dental insurance for my daughter who is in graduate school. The policies covered little and had a ridiculously high high deductible but I felt she needed to have something until the laws changed last January and she was able to go back on my husband's insurance. I cancelled the policy shortly after that and didn't realize until October that they were continuing to take out funds for the dental policy. When I called to have it cancelled they were very rude and insisted that my daughter had to cancel the policy. She called and was then told it would have to cancelled via e-mail and was then given an invalid 3-mail. I called back and they "couldn't find the policy" and wouldn't give me the proper e-mail and were very rude. I ended up paying $15 to have my back stop the auto-withdrawal from my account.
