Customer Review - Humana

Avoid this company at ALL costs

I had the Humana One Insurance.

EVERY and I repeat EVERY claim I submitted to this crowd was "reviewed" by their claims officer. They treated you like a criminal who was trying to scrounge a few pennies off of them. Phone calls to this companies HELP DESK and Customer Services were LESS than futile.

I highly recommend that you look to Blue Cross or United Health Group before you spend your hard earned cash on the monthly payments.
