DO NOT PURCHASE HUMANA ONEThis is the most ridiculous dental insurance i have ever had to deal with. Purchased an individual plan, and now am locked in for one year....Thank goodness I have one more payment left. They will promise you the world and then they deliver denials on just about everything except exams, and cleanings continued... |

Humana RX insuraneDon't choose humana for you RX. Humana messed up our 2012 RX and we are out $$$$$ because of it. They don't either want to or know how to get us our money. Had to send in a laim, and still they lost one of the RX. Both were sent at the same time. Figure that out. Can't believe the company. We have continued... |

DISPICABLE SCAMIf I could rate this insurance a ZERO I would. They guide you to a covered provider, deny the claim, then tell you that you didn't verify that the provider was in network. All along the provider is STILL listed on their website as covered. Then they manipulate the facts so they still won't pay. Even the continued... |

Humanaone Dental SucksHumana Dental absolutely sucks! the only reason a person would get dental insurance is to knock off some of the unjustifiable costs of dental work! The policy says there's NO WAIT for emergencies such as root canals and that the PPOs will give a 30% discounts on such procedures! We get to the dentist continued... |

Humana Health InsuranceWorst mistake! A total waste of money! I paid my deductable used their hospitals and their doctors. As we all know you cant choose who does your anesthesia. They denied the claim. Every customer service rep told me that there is nothing I can do. One even told me the only other option i have other then continued... |

Insurance Coordinator at a Dental PracticeHumana Dental has been extremely difficult to work with from a providers standpoint. We have problems with every claim submitted and when you call customer service, all the agents are very pleasant, but rarely do what they say they will do.
