From satisfied to notAt first, their HMO, at no extra cost seemed great. They were covering a prescription drug then suddenly quit and the reason was that is wasn't covered - ever. Bait and SwitchMy wife was having bad cramps. So, she went through the whole process of doctors, MD, OB/GYN, and finally a specialist. Of course paying all along the way for test, co pays, etc. Finally, they discovered that her pain was from scar tissue that had formed when she had her appendix removed years ago. So, continued... |

HumanaOne is absolutely awful.I really hate this company. I tried to cancel my policy after realizing they only offered one provider and then realizing that provider was awful. I was told I had to email my cancellation to some obscure email address, then my account continued to be drafted every month. I called again and was then continued... |
