i called about rate which has been going up 15% every year and was roadblocked by a girl in billing who couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't transfer me to anyone who could .i was told someone would call me back ,no one did they just blew me off .i think if your paying 9600 a year the least they could do is answer a question.
