What a nightmare

BCBS continues to be a major disappointment. My employer has plans only with BCBS for their plans and there is no option. I have reported this place to BBB, NJ state agencies and various other consumer groups as BSBC folks lie to me and my family all the time when we call, they do not do what they are obligated to do, just a nightmare. If you can please do avoid them, if you are stuck like me then just report them to the gov't if you have issues and hopefully their ability to underwrite insurance will be terminated and we will all breath a lot better.
