retaileri called about rate which has been going up 15% every year and was roadblocked by a girl in billing who couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't transfer me to anyone who could .i was told someone would call me back ,no one did they just blew me off .i think if your paying 9600 a year the least they continued... |

What a nightmareBCBS continues to be a major disappointment. My employer has plans only with BCBS for their plans and there is no option. I have reported this place to BBB, NJ state agencies and various other consumer groups as BSBC folks lie to me and my family all the time when we call, they do not do what they are continued... |
