I have had pleasant experiences with Health Net overall. They were able to provide our company with affordable quotes for decent coverage after a claims year when many carriers laughed at our situation. They cater to smaller sized companies and have a wide range of plans to choose from. Their website is easy to use and navigate, allowing you to review & match up all EOBs without a problem. My only complaint would be the pharmacy plans which are a bit uniquely designed which caused some frustration for our employees.
