your so called claims dept susan l. flores was so hatefull to my 87 year od grandmother on the phne that i took off work and drove 8hrs. to roswell n.m. to help her and my 91 yr old grand father out , because your fucking fraudulant,discrimininant,none helping, rude bitch,this roof is caving in.
