They Lied to me, and then told me i'd have to wait for my money

In July 2008, I was involved in a rear ended collision. I was able to drive my car home, but it needed to get to the repair shop quickly, as it was leaking fluids. I called Hartford, filed the claim with them, and at their suggestion I took my car to their recommend repair shop. Hartford told me in this initial conversation, that that they were waiving the deductible, because the other vehicle was at fault, and I was rear ended. I had to pay $7.00 a day for the rental car, since the coverage did not even cover the basic vehicle. Three weeks later, I went to pick up my car and I was told I had to pay $1000.00, the deductible to pick up my car. I paid to have the car released, and called Hartford on Monday morning. They explained that I would have to wait until Hartford had received payment from the other insurance company, and then at that point, they would see how much money they would be able to send me. A month after I paid the money to the Auto Rebuild Shop, I did get my money from Hartford. What a bunch of Lying, Cheating no good Insurance staff members. Do NOT consider using them as your insurance company.
