Not a happy customer with HartfordMy accident was on 4/3/08 and today is 5/2/08 ready to pickup the vehicle this noon. I was not at fault in the accident but last that I heard my insurance company(hartfordd) hasn't located the other driver. First I was told I had to come up with the deductible but when I dropped off the vehicle the adjuster told me they were waiving the deductible, they told the body shop the same thing. Now today hartford calls me and tells me that no I will have to pay the deductible. So I'm out the deductible until or if they get in contact with the other drivers insurance company I question if they will have any incentive to contact them. My clams person has provided inaccurate information. Needless to say the Hartford has a long ways to go to keep me as a customer, I had American Family for years and no problems on claims. Don't know if it is the company or the agent. But I am beginning to see what the lower premium means, less service and higher costs. Not a happy camper in Nebraska.
