It is what it is,if you don't like it go somewhere else.So many angry posts from consumers hell bent on venting their frustrations, I thought I would give you an insider tip and vent my frustration on consumers. Insurance is a business, they are in it to make a profit. Insurance companies differ from other products and services by being able to charge whatever the state allows them too. If you like your coverages but don't like your rate, find another company. Because when you call you will get a Smiley glad hound with an agenda. To be as friendly and professional as possible with no real alternatives to give you except taking a defensive driving course and adjusting your coverages for a lower rate. Also you are probably the 50th customer that Rep has spoken with that day, the 50th time they have heard the woes of living on a fixed income, the 50th time they have heard that you have never had a ticket, and the 50th time they have heard you tout your ability to shop with another carrier. Save yourself the minutes on your cell, shop the market and send the cancel other carrier form your new company sends you. Enjoy your new low rates and expect an increase from your new carrier at renewal.
