Hartford sucks

Hartford sucks. They are rude. Try not to pay anything. I have never had an accident but tried to open a claim for a tow job. They only had one of my three cars covered with towing and said that is how I wanted it. Why would someone insure three cars and only have towing on one. They are all stupid and very rude. I bought this through AARP and found out that Amica Insurance beats their price and coverage. When I called Hartford, they said if I cancel the insurance, I have to pay a penalty. AARP has done nothing. I am only 53 and I feel sorry for the older people that have to deal with AARP and their so called products. Stay away from hartford and check Amica, they are cheaper and voted the best customer service. Good Luck
