Hartford lies

I recently switched over to Hartford. They made me jump through so many hoops to get my policy accurate. I was basically treated like I was guilty till proven innocent. I have a spot free record and I was being punished for things that weren't accurate. It was one thing after another with them.Whenever I would call the company they would transfer me to someone else and tell me to call different numbers and then each person would tell me something different. HORRIBLE customer service. Now that I have canceled they are trying to charge me a 10% of my policy rate cancel fee even though it was poor customer satisfaction for my reason for canceling. I can't even begin to imagine what this company must be like to file a claim with and luckily I never have to find out.
