Hartford Insurance is Understanding

When my sister crashed her car last year Hartford Insurance was very understanding. We were pretty grateful that she wasn't hurt badly in the accident, but we had concerns as to whether or not our insurance company was going to give us a hard time - we were pleased when they didn't. I think that part of the reason Hartford Insurance was so accommodating is because our family was wise and knew what needed to be done in order to get the claim processed in the fastest way possible. We took photos of the car and the area of the accident, we obtained a copy of the police report just in case the company had trouble getting it and we where pretty diligent about staying on top of each stage of the claim filing process. My sister's car was totaled, but we ended up getting the mess cleared up in the fastest time possible. She now has another car and is doing great.
